We’re currently hiring an enthusiastic, customer-oriented AT&T In-Store Sales Representative who will champion our sales efforts and represent our brand and AT&T with energy and professionalism.

As an AT&T In-Store Sales Representative, you will take the lead in engaging customers within a retail setting, delivering expert guidance on our telecommunications products and services. By conducting product demonstrations and offering tailored recommendations, you’ll create seamless, solution-driven sales experiences that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Role Requirements For An AT&T In-Store Sales Representative:

  • Engage retail customers through friendly, needs-based conversations to introduce relevant AT&T sales solutions 
  • Deliver interactive product demonstrations that showcase AT&T’s key features and communicate clear value
  • Assess individual customer requirements and recommend personalized service plans and devices
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, ensuring accurate transactions and seamless service activation
  • Maintain expert knowledge of product lines, promotional offerings, and competitive positioning
  • Achieve consistent performance targets by leveraging effective sales strategies and retail tools
  • Uphold store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment

Earn an hourly wage with unlimited upside - commissions are uncapped, and your success sets the ceiling. Listed pay ranges are based on average annual earnings in the role with commission included.
